A Little More About Our Park

The development of Shillingford Park commenced in 2001. We cater for semi-retired and retired people over the age of 50. A Ten Year Gold Shield Warranty is provided with all new park homes.

Careful consideration has been given to the design and layout of the Park and extensive landscaping has been undertaken to maximise privacy to all residents.

The internal tarmac roads benefit from low level, sensor operated lighting.

Our remote-controlled security entrance gates are closed at dusk and all residents are provided with remote operators. There is also a keypad override facility for access by bona fide out-of-hours visitors.

No garages are planned for the Park, but each home has its own tarmac car-parking space alongside. There is also ample space for visitor parking.

Metal sheds are permitted on each plot, subject to a maximum size of 8’ x 6’.

We are members of The British Holiday and Home Park Association (BH&HPA), membership no. WW463. As such, we undertake to abide by the Industry’s guidelines for good practice and to comply with the Park Homes Charter.
