We are a new residential Home Park for people over the age of 50.
Our Park is owned and personally run by Graham and Sonia Evans; Graham a practising local Chartered Surveyor and Sonia a retired Dental Surgeon. The park benefits from planning consent for all year round occupation.
When completed, the development will contain thirty-eight park homes. Many of these beautiful homes are already occupied and the residents are happily benefiting from their secure, worry-free living environment.
We are situated on the edge of the village of Kilgetty, near Saundersfoot, close to the popular South Pembrokeshire coastline.
