About Us
We are an established Residential Home Park for people over the age of 50.
Our Park is owned, developed and personally run by Graham and Sonia Evans; Graham a practising local Chartered Surveyor and Sonia a retired Dental Surgeon. The park benefits from planning consent for all year round occupation.
Our development contains thirty-seven park homes. All of these homes are already occupied and the residents are happily benefiting from their secure, worry-free living environment.
We are situated on the edge of the village of Kilgetty, near Saundersfoot, close to the popular South Pembrokeshire coastline.
Pre-owned Homes
Pre-owned homes periodically become available for sale, all of which are regularly advertised on sites such as Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market.
The Park
The development of Shillingford Park commenced in 2001 and is now completed. We cater for semi-retired and retired people over the age of 50.
Careful consideration has been given to the design and layout of the Park and extensive landscaping has been undertaken to maximise privacy to all residents.
The internal tarmac roads benefit from low level, sensor operated lighting.
Our remote-controlled security entrance gates are closed at dusk and all residents are provided with remote operators. There is also a keypad override facility for access by bona fide out-of-hours visitors.
Each home has its own tarmac car-parking space alongside. There is also ample space for visitor parking.
Metal sheds are permitted on each plot, subject to a maximum size of 8’ x 6’.
We are members of The British Holiday and Home Park Association (BH&HPA), membership no. WW463. As such, we undertake to abide by the Industry’s guidelines for good practice and to comply with the Park Homes Charter.
